Being a startup founder is one of the most exhilarating and challenging experiences you can have. Turning your vision into reality, solving problems in innovative ways, and being your own boss is incredibly rewarding. But it also comes with immense pressure, long hours, and constant demands on your time and energy.

If you’re not careful, burnout can easily set in, draining your motivation, creativity, and passion for the business you’ve poured your heart into. As a founder myself, I know how tempting it is to just power through and sacrifice your health and wellbeing for the company.
